Creamy Spinach Artichoke Dip Recipe

What you’ll need:

  • 1 lb (2-packs) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 can spinach, drained and chopped
  • 2 cans artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/2 cup romano cheese, grated
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced OR
  • 2 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp basil seasoning
  • 1 tsp garlic salt seasoning
  • 1 tsp oregano seasoning
  • 1 tsp paprika seasoning
  • 1 tsp black peppercorn seasoning, ground or cracked

Preparation:

You can make this recipe primary using a stock pot or a crockpot, 2qt saucepan, skillet, or standard oven.

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius)
  • Grab a 6-inch square baking dish, two (2) ramekins, or other small baking dish

Putting it all together:

Using a mixing bowl, combine the seasonings, parmesan cheese, romano cheese, artichoke hearts, spinach, and cream cheese. Mix until blended well.

Pour the mixture into your baking dishes, top with the shredded mozzarella cheese and cracked black peppercorn. Bake for about 25-30 minutes or until the top is a nice, crispy, bubbly, golden brown.

Serve with crackers of your choice or tortilla chips.
